What’s included in the session?
1 professionally edited hi-res photo each
Typically 10-15 minutes with each person (can be shorter or longer depending on time constraints or range of posing/location options you'd like)
Guidance on posing
Pre-shoot call to go through details of the shoot and ensure smooth running on the day
How it works
Corporate headshot sessions are designed to be as easy and stress free as possible, I know that it can be a struggle to get everyone in the same place on the same day, so I work with you beforehand to make things calm and relaxed on the day.
This typically means:
Having a clear idea of the set-up (backdrop, lighting, poses) before hand, so we know exactly what we’re doing when I arrive.
Schedule of when people are coming, especially if people are coming to the office just for their headshot or ducking in and out of meetings.
If strong colours are being used as a backdrop, then I can advise on the best colours to match and possibly some colours to avoid.

Before the session
Every booking includes a 15–30 minute planning call beforehand.
We’ll discuss:
Brand style and background preferences
Where the photos will be used (website, LinkedIn, press, internal systems)
Team size and scheduling
Dress guidance or brand colour considerations
This short conversation ensures the shoot runs smoothly on the day and that the final images align with your company’s visual identity.
*Depending on time and budget I do also offer a site visit prior to the shoot if .
