How it works

My sessions start at 2 hours, which gives you enough time to settle into the session and allows more of your personality to show through, where it might otherwise stay hidden in the first hour.

With all bookings I also offer a 15-30 minute call to go through what exactly it is you’re hoping for out of our session, if there is a particular emotion that you’d like to convey, or roles that you’re currently targeting.

This is incredibly useful if it is your first ever headshot session as it will give you a better feeling for what it’ll be like once you’re in the studio and settle some of those initial nerves.

If you’re a seasoned pro then I’m happy to just jump straight in with the session.

FAQ

  • The short answer is whatever you want. Anything that you feel comfortable and confident in will work well, but something that matches your eye colour can help them pop that little bit more.

    Ideally stay away from anything that’s black or grey, but you are welcome to bring several options and we can go through them together.

  • If you’re wearing make-up then less is often more, something natural so that the casting director can get the best idea of how you look naturally.

    Once you’ve got a couple of outfits sorted, the only other thing you need to do is stay hydrated, get a good nights sleep and the rest is up to me to help you look and feel your best.

    (for the guys, give your face a good scrub with warm water and a flannel at the very least, it does a world of good)

  • I’ll match your energy. If you’re excited/nervous then we can start with lots of movement and work off some of that energy before getting into more serious poses. If you’re feeling particularly pensive then we can lean into that.

    It entirely depends on the look you want to go for and the roles you want to attract (something which we can discuss beforehand as well).

  • I send over the gallery within 48 hours. The edited photos will be sent within 14 days from when you tell me which photos you’ve selected.

  • If you would like the full colour graded gallery then that can be requested for an additional £150, or extra edits can be requested for £20 each.
