1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or other agreed-upon method.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will result in the loss of the deposit.
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be arranged.

3. Image Delivery

Final edited digital images will be delivered within 14 days of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
No RAW or unedited images will be provided.
Digital delivery will be via a private online gallery or secure download link.

4. Image Usage & Licensing

For personal clients: Images may be used for personal use, including social media, websites, and portfolios. Commercial use (e.g., advertising, resale, brand promotion) is not permitted without a separate license agreement.
For commercial clients: Usage terms and licensing details are outlined in the quote. Additional usage beyond the agreed scope may incur further licensing fees.

5. Editing & Retouching

All final images will be professionally edited in line with my style.
Minor adjustments by the client are permitted, but edits must remain consistent with the original artistic intent.
Any additional retouching requests may be subject to an extra fee.

6. Copyright

I retain full copyright over all images.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images as per the agreed terms.
I may use selected images for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing (see model release terms).

7. Liability

I am not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained during the session.
In the rare event of technical failure or data loss, my liability is limited to a full refund or reshoot at no additional cost.

8. Confidentiality

Any sensitive client or brand information shared in connection with the shoot will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

9. Agreement

By proceeding with the booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
