I’m Harry Roberts, a corporate portrait photographer based in London, working with businesses of all sizes - from five-person startups to established professional services firms. Whether you need a full team photographed in a day or a single executive headshot for a press release, the process is built around getting it done efficiently without the results looking rushed.
Every corporate headshot session starts with a short planning call. We talk through how the photos will be used, the look you’re going for, and any practical considerations for the day. Then on the day I simply bring my portable studio setup at your office if needed, give proper posing direction, and you’ll have professionally edited images delivered within a couple of weeks.

How it works
Step 1 - Get in touch
Fill in the enquiry form or drop me an email. I’ll come back to you within 24 hours to arrange a time to talk.
Step 2 — Planning call
A short call to go through what you need, where the photos will be used, and any practical details for the day. This makes sure we're fully aligned before the day so nothing is left to chance.
Step 3 — The shoot
I come to you, or we shoot in a studio, whatever works best. Everyone gets time to settle in and find what works for them before we get into it properly.
Step 4 — Delivery
Edited, high-resolution images delivered within a couple of weeks. You choose your favourites from a full gallery.

Pricing depends on what you need. Individual sessions start at £285 for a two-hour shoot.
Team headshots start from £70 per person for groups of 21 or more, up to £140 per person for smaller groups.

I have a fully portable studio setup that comes to you - all you need is a quiet room with a bit of space.
For shoots where there’s a very specific look that we’re trying to achieve, I can bring you to a studio or we can use your office/local environment as the backdrop.

For individual sessions, I’d typically set aside two hours - this gives enough time to settle in and get a range of looks without feeling rushed.
For team shoots, I usually allow 10–15 minutes per person, though this is flexible depending on your schedule and the size of your group.

You’ll receive a gallery to make your selections from within a few days of the shoot.
Fully edited, high-resolution images are delivered within a couple of weeks of you choosing your favourites.
If timing is particularly tight just let me know and I can work to a specific deadline.

Yes - all images are licensed for use across your website, social media, LinkedIn, internal systems, and press.
If you have any specific licensing requirements, for commercial use (usually advertising) just let me know and we can discuss a a fair rate for this.
