Corporate Team Headshots in London

Your people are your brand.
Make it personal.

Consistent, professional headshots for your whole team. Photographed at your office or a location of your choice, with a process designed to make the day run smoothly regardless of how many people you need to photograph.

Who’s this for?

This works well for:

  • Professional services firms that need a consistent look across their website and LinkedIn

  • Companies onboarding new hires who need to match existing team photography

  • Finance, legal, consulting, and tech businesses refreshing their team page

  • HR and marketing teams managing photography across multiple offices

If your team currently has a mix of old photos, phone selfies, and varying backgrounds sitting on your website - then let’s fix that.

How it works

1. Enquire

Fill in the form at the bottom of the page with your company name, approximate team size, and any relevant dates. I’ll come back to you within 24 hours.

2. Planning call

We’ll talk through the brief: how you want the photos to look, where they’ll be used, dress code guidance for the team, and the logistics for the day. For larger teams, I can also visit your office beforehand to plan the setup.

3. Shoot day

I arrive with a full portable studio setup and we work through the team at a pace that fits your schedule. Each person gets direction on posing and expression - most people who come in nervous leave with photos they’re genuinely pleased with.

4. Gallery and delivery

You’ll receive a password-protected gallery within a couple of days. Fully edited, high-resolution images are delivered within a couple of weeks of you making your selections.

FAQ

  • It depends on the schedule and how much time each person needs. As a general guide, allowing 10–15 minutes per person, I can comfortably photograph 20–30 people in a full day.

For larger teams, we can either extend across two days or work with a tighter per-person slot - we’ll work out what makes the most sense during the planning call.

  • Yes - this is how most team shoots work. I bring a complete portable studio and need a quiet room or corridor with enough space to set up a backdrop and a couple of lights. Most offices have a suitable meeting room or boardroom that works well.

  • It happens. For one or two people, I can often return for a short follow-up session, or photograph them at a different time.

Depending on the size of the original shoot there may be an additional cost to this, but if you give me as much notice then we can always work together to find a solution.

  • Consistency is built into the process. We agree on background, lighting style, and framing before the shoot, and I replicate that setup for every person on the day.

Even across different sessions or dates, I can match the look of an earlier shoot so new joiners fit in seamlessly.

  • Yes - I’ve photographed teams from small firms to large professional services companies. The process scales to suit the size of the group and the complexity of the schedule.

It’s useful to include your company name, how many people you’re looking to photograph, and any rough timeframe you have in mind — though none of this is essential to get the conversation started.
